How to Use Gua Sha Cryo Sticks?

Refrigerate before use for maximum cooling affect in the hygiene tray included.

Apply your favourite serum before use.

Massage from the centre of the face in upwards and outwards motion. 

Pay particular attention to the eye, forehead, cheekbones, jawline and neck area. 

Use medium pressure in segments gliding smoothly over the skin.

Repeat each stroke / pass 5 to 10 times in each area.

Wipe clean and store in fridge until ready to use.

Gua Sha techniques have been practised in traditional Chinese medicine since the Ming Dynasty, 600 years later they found their way into the Western world and are now an everyday part of a skin routine.

The name 'Gua Sha' comes from the Chinese words 'Gua' which means 'scrape' and 'Sha' which means 'sand'.

How to Care for the Gua Sha Cryo Sticks?

• Clean with warm water and wipe with a soft cloth to remove any dirt and oil. 
• Take care with your Gua Sha Cryo Sticks and avoid dropping them onto hard surfaces, they may be damaged.

• Avoid using Gua Sha Cryo Sticks if you’ve had any surgery in the last six weeks.
• Do not use Gua Sha Cryo Sticks if prone to migraines which can be triggered by cold in the facial area.
• People who are taking blood thinners or have clotting disorders should not use a Gua Sha.
• Gua Sha Cryo Sticks are not suitable for people who have medical conditions affecting the skin or veins, have an infection, tumour, or wound that has not healed fully, or have an implant, such as a pacemaker or internal defibrillator.
• If you suffer from active acne, eczema, or any kind of skin irritation, you should not use Gua Sha and always best to consult with a qualified dermatologist before trying at home. 
• If you’re pregnant, consult with your doctor before using the Gua Sha Cryo Sticks.

We use Royal Mail tracked for any returns which means the label printed and the return dropped off at any Post Office, Royal Mail Delivery Office or Collect+ Service Point.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and with all tags. Any items supplied with hygiene seals cannot be accepted for return if the seals are not intact or have been removed*.
