Returns and Refunds

We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and with all tags. Any items supplied with hygiene seals cannot be accepted for return if the seals are not intact or have been removed*.

If your order qualified for a free item, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.

Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:
With all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll notify you and send a pre-paid returns shipping label by email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, a restocking charge of £3.99 may be applied to cover restocking and returns postage. If applied, this will be deducted from any refund for unwanted products.

If you are returning from outside of the UK, you will need to cover the full cost of return shipping.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
