HOW TO USE

Massage the face oil oil into the face, including around the eye area after cleansing... A little goes a long way, so use sparingly.

Refrigerate the gua sha cryo sticks before use for maximum cooling affect in the hygiene tray included.

Massage from the centre of the face in upwards and outwards motion with the cryo sticks.

Pay particular attention to the eye, forehead, cheekbones, jawline and neck area. 

Use medium pressure in segments gliding smoothly over the skin.

Repeat each stroke/pass 5 to 10 times in each area.

Wipe the cryo sticks clean and store in fridge until ready to use.
