The Pure Derma London LED Light Therapy Flex Dome is a professional grade flexible panel with 960 medical grade LED lights, 4 LED wavelengths (Blue 415nm, Yellow 590nm, Red 630nm) & Near Infrared (NIR 850nm), making it one of the most versatile at home use LED light therapy devices available for face and body.

Most LED panels are flat. Most LED domes are rigid. The Pure Derma LED Flex Dome is different. Arch it over the face for a focused treatment, wrap it around the body with the adjustable strap for targeted coverage or use it flat for full-body sessions. One device, three ways to use it.

LED light therapy is clinically proven to address a wide range of skin concerns. Red light stimulates collagen production to reduce fine lines and improve skin elasticity. Blue light targets acne causing bacteria, reduces oil production and improves skin texture. Yellow light tackles pigmentation, redness and supports lymphatic drainage. Each wavelength works and together they work harder.

As well as skin rejuvenation, the Flex Dome is also highly effective for recovery. Each wavelength works at a different depth to enhance circulation, reduce inflammation and stimulate ATP (cellular energy) production at a mitochondrial level, promoting healthy cellular function and supporting the body's natural healing processes. Regular sessions help reduce post workout soreness, ease stiff or aching joints and speed up recovery from injury or overtraining.

What are the benefits of each wavelength?

Designed for both clinic and home use, the Pure Derma London Flex Dome promotes:

✔ Anti-Ageing Red (630nm)

Stimulates collagen production, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, tightens the skin, increases skin elasticity, reduces redness and inflammation and helps control rosacea.

✔ Cleansing Blue (415nm)

Targets acne causing bacteria, works to reduce inflammation & oil production and improves skin texture.

✔ Revitalising Yellow (590nm)

Stimulates red blood cells to reduce redness, lowers the appearance of dark spots and pigmentation, increases wound healing and promotes lymphatic drainage.

✔ Age Defying Near Infrared (850nm)

Helps stimulate skin repair, can promote cell regeneration, has deeper penetration than other wavelengths and is used in conjunction with the other LED light colours to boost effectiveness.

The Near Infrared Light is always used in conjunction with the other LED light wavelengths (colours) to boost effectiveness. Near Infrared is not a visible light.

How to Use the LED Light Therapy Flex Dome

Remember consistency is one of the most important points to consider with LED light therapy, getting into a routine with your LED Light Therapy Flex Dome will be the best way to see results.

Cleanse the area being treated and ensure that all make up, creams and serums have been removed.

Facial Treatment:

  • Place brackets on a flat, stable surface.
  • Slot LED panel into the brackets to form a dome shaped arch.
  • Place headrest centrally to use as a pillow.
  • Connect device to the mains using the 12V/4A adaptor.
  • Pair Bluetooth controller with the Flex Dome (see user manual).
  • Always wear the protective goggles supplied and do not stare directly at the light for prolonged periods.

Body Treatment:

  • Can be used on waist, legs, back, shoulders or abdomen area.
  • Take strap provided and pass through the holes on both ends of the panel.
  • Wrap device directly around the desired area.
  • Tighten straps to achieve a comfortable, secure fit.
  • Connect device to the mains using the 12V/4A adaptor.
  • Pair Bluetooth controller with the Flex Dome (see user manual).

Choose your treatment mode from one of the following:

Red + NIR (630nm + 850nm) – anti-ageing, collagen, skin firming

Blue + NIR (415nm + 850nm) – cleansing and acne

Yellow + NIR (590nm + 850nm) – pigmentation, redness, lymphatic drainage

Combined Red, Blue, Yellow & NIR for a full spectrum treatment

Set your treatment time from 5–30 minutes and adjust the energy level to suit your skin type.

Start at the lowest energy setting and shortest time, working up gradually as your skin tolerates.

Recommended use is 3–4 times per week for 10–30 minutes per session or as directed by
a healthcare professional.

When Can I Expect to See Results?

Depending on the LED light colour and what you are treating, it may take 2-4 weeks to see the improvements and 6-8 weeks to see more significant results.

Adjust the frequency, duration and energy settings in line with the user manual, whilst working out what works best for you and your skin type.

Everyone's skin is different and results from use of the Flex Dome vary from person to person with duration and frequency. Skin absorption characteristics also play a significant role in how soon results can be seen.

To maintain any improvements, the Flex Dome should become part of your normal skincare routine and be used consistently.

What is LED Light Therapy?

LED light therapy is a clinically proven technology which was developed by NASA in the late 1980's whilst working with astronauts in promoting wound healing by helping skin cells and tissue to repair.

Today, it has become a commonplace technology used by dermatologists, aestheticians and facialists to treat a range of skin issues, skin appearance and to help with skin rejuvenation.

LED is an abbreviation of Light-Emitting Diode and is a type of device that emits light when an electric current is passed through it.

Each colour of light emitted by an LED has a different wavelength which penetrates the skin to different levels.

How Does LED Light Therapy Work?

The LED light colour wavelengths penetrate into the skin at different depths triggering specific natural healing processes within the skin layers to promote skin rejuvenation, healing and repair.

Each light wavelength works at different levels within the skin to promote various biological effects which can result in observable improvements with a variety of skin issues.

The higher the light wavelength (nm) the greater the depth it penetrates the skin. The Blue LED Light (415nm), Yellow LED Light (590nm) and Red Light (630nm) in the LED Light Therapy Flex Dome are visible lights.

The Near Infrared (NIR, 850nm) is not a visible light.

Does LED Light Therapy Actually Work?

Yes! The technology of LED light therapy is backed by science and clinically proven; there is extensive research available which demonstrates the effectiveness of its use. LED light therapy is not just hype, it's real science and can give real results.

Why Is The LED Light Therapy Flex Dome Is Different

At Pure Derma London, we focus on clinically validated LED light therapy that delivers visible, meaningful skin results. Our approach is rooted in science, not spectacle.

The LED Light Therapy Flex Dome is the most versatile device in our LED range. Unlike traditional flat panels or rigid dome devices, the LED Light Therapy Flex Dome forms a flexible dome arch for facial treatment with the included headrest or wraps around the body using the adjustable strap, giving you treatment for face and full body in one device.

Designed for both clinic and home use, with 960 medical grade LEDs across four clinically backed wavelengths, the LED Light Therapy Flex Dome offers more treatment versatility than most other at home use LED panels on the market without the salon price tag.
