Most LED devices are built to do one thing well. A flat panel covers the body. A dome-shaped device arches over the face. The Pure Derma LED Flex Dome does both with the same device.
The Flex Dome is our most versatile LED device to date. It is a professional-grade flexible silicone panel with 960 medical grade LEDs across four wavelengths, designed to adapt to the treatment rather than the other way around.
One device, three ways to use it
The key difference between the Flex Dome and a conventional LED panel is its flexibility. The silicone panel bends without losing output, which means it can be used in configurations a rigid device cannot manage.
Arched over the included headrest, it forms a dome shape that positions the LEDs directly above the face for a focused facial treatment. Used flat on a stable surface, it covers a broader body area for a full panel session. Wrapped around the waist, legs, back or shoulders using the adjustable strap, it delivers targeted treatment to specific muscle groups or joints. The three modes are independent, and switching between them takes seconds.
For anyone already using our LED Face Mask for daily facial skincare, the Flex Dome sits alongside it rather than replacing it. It adds LED therapy to the body in a way the mask was never designed to reach.
The four wavelengths and what they support
All four wavelengths in the Flex Dome are well-researched, and each works at a different depth within the skin and tissue.
Red at 630nm is the wavelength most associated with collagen support and skin rejuvenation. Working at the surface layers of the dermis, it may help with the appearance of fine lines, skin firmness and overall tone with consistent use over time.
Yellow at 590nm is associated with the appearance of skin radiance and may help with the look of redness and pigmentation.
Blue at 415nm is commonly used for skin clarity and is associated with reducing the bacteria linked to breakouts and congestion.
Near Infrared at 850nm is not a visible light. It penetrates deeper than the other three wavelengths, reaching the tissue and muscle beneath the skin's surface. This is the wavelength most closely associated with recovery support, including post-exercise muscle comfort, circulation and joint support. Near Infrared is always combined with one of the other wavelengths to enhance the depth and overall effectiveness of the treatment.
Treatment modes
The Flex Dome has four preset treatment mode combinations, each pairing one visible wavelength with Near Infrared. Red + NIR for collagen support and anti-ageing. Blue + NIR for skin clarity and congestion. Yellow + NIR for the appearance of pigmentation, redness and lymphatic support. Or the full combined mode, which runs all four wavelengths together for a broad-spectrum treatment.
Sessions run from 5 to 30 minutes with three energy levels. The recommendation is three to four times a week. If your skin is new to light therapy, start at the lowest energy setting and shortest session time and build up gradually as your skin responds.
Skincare and recovery in one routine
What makes the Flex Dome particularly useful for people who already have an LED routine is that it extends the scope of that routine without adding a separate device or step.
The facial dome mode works well for skin-focused treatments, addressing the appearance of fine lines, tone and clarity in the same way a professional LED facial device would. The body wrap and flat modes open up the Near Infrared wavelength for recovery-focused use across the back, legs, shoulders and other areas. For anyone training regularly, dealing with stiff joints or looking to support post-exercise recovery, that combination of skin and recovery support within one device is a practical advantage.

What is in the box
The Flex Dome arrives with everything needed to use it from day one. The panel, a Bluetooth controller with USB-C charging cable, a headrest, two brackets with bases and screws for the dome configuration, an adjustable body strap, a pair of protective goggles and a 12V/4A mains adaptor. The Bluetooth controller manages treatment modes, timer and energy settings without any controls on the panel itself, which keeps the setup clean and straightforward.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Pure Derma LED Flex Dome?
The LED Flex Dome is a flexible LED light therapy panel with 960 medical grade LEDs across four wavelengths: Blue at 415nm, Yellow at 590nm, Red at 630nm and Near Infrared at 850nm. It can be used as a facial dome, wrapped around the body or used flat as a full panel, making it one of the most versatile at-home LED devices available.
How is the Flex Dome different from the Pure Derma LED Face Mask?
The LED Face Mask is designed specifically for targeted facial skincare and delivers focused treatment across the face. The Flex Dome is a larger flexible panel designed for both face and body use. The two devices complement each other and target different areas rather than duplicating the same function.
What are the four treatment modes on the Flex Dome?
The four modes are: Red + NIR for collagen support and anti-ageing, Blue + NIR for skin clarity and congestion, Yellow + NIR for the appearance of pigmentation and redness and a full combined mode which runs all four wavelengths simultaneously. Each mode can be set from 5 to 30 minutes across three energy levels.
How often should I use the LED Flex Dome?
The recommended frequency is three to four times per week for 10 to 30 minutes per session. Because LED therapy is non-invasive there is no required downtime between sessions. Results build gradually with consistent use over several weeks.
Can the Flex Dome be used on the body as well as the face?
Yes. The Flex Dome is specifically designed for both face and body use. Using the included adjustable strap it can be wrapped around the waist, legs, back or shoulders. Used flat it covers a broader body surface area for full panel treatment sessions.
